Once you place your order with GoDaddy.com return to your GoDaddy account and click on "Manage Domains" in the menu on the left side as seen in the screenshot.
Now, click on your domain name as seen in the screenshot.
Click on the "forward" button as seen in the screenshot.
Click on the tab Forwarding and do these 3 things:
click on enable
enter your forwarding address. ie:http://www.carzillions.com/angie
click on MOVE PERMANETLY
DO NOT CLICK ON "OK" IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER YET!!!!!!
Click on the "Masking" tab that is beside the Forwarding tab you just clicked on. This tab is very useful because it hides the address you are forwarding to. Your clients will only see YOUR domain name...not the carzillions.com/??? domain name. Now do these 5 things:
Click on the mask domain box until a checkmark appears.
Fill in the masked title line with your domain name
Create a brief but, direct description of your site
Fill in the keyword section with your name
NOW you can click the "OK" in orange at the bottom right hand corner of that section.
It can take 12 to 24 hours for you domain forward to be ready. Once it is ready you will be able to type in your domain name and it will pop up your new website!
